How I Work

I don't do vanity advisory roles. I show up prepared, ask uncomfortable questions, and focus on measurable outcomes.

I was coached by the Mochary Method team for a season, which instilled a bias toward action over delay. Most problems don't need more thinking. They need someone to start fixing them.

Current Focus

My focus right now is on building Syndicate Running (late nights and weekends), training for Boston Marathon 2026, and doing my job well at Talivity.
